Photowalking

I missed most of the Scrap Girls Staycation Week fun.  My husband,Steve, and I were out of town attending the National Lutheran Secretariat (of Via de Cristo) National Meeting in West Palm Beach Florida.  Steve  is on the Board as Treasurer, and I attended as a visitor.  What a wonderful destination for a conference!  While Steve was in meetings, I used the opportunity to behave as if I were on vacation.  I went to the beach, took a nap, and took my camera for a couple of walks around the city.

And since we were down that far, we thought it would be a good idea to take a couple of extra days and drive down to Key West to get some real vacation time in together.  Boy was that a good idea!  We had a wonderful time.

We returned just in time for me to catch the tail end of Staycation week.  Wednesday's theme was Historic Downtown - the theme I had in mind when I created the Photo Walk Collection Mini.  I got caught up in all the excitement and was ready to scrap some of the photos I took in West Palm Beach and Key West, and to use the collection.

In doing so, I found that I wanted an alpha to coordinate with the "ransom note" type word art and some paper backgrounds that weren't so busy.  So as I was making my layouts, I put together a Photo Walk Alpha Mini and Photo Walk Solids Paper Mini, and put them into the boutique this week.

I put them all together in a Value Pack:

Here are the layouts:

Now to sort through the rest of over 600 photos that I took!

You were in my neck of the woods. I love the WPB area and the drive to the keys really helps to unwind the mind and soul. Beautiful collection Elisha.
